Service in our Group means a lot more than sales of spare parts or maintenance packages for machines and systems for processing plastics and rubber.

The KraussMaffei Group accompanies its machinery and systems through the complete life-cycle at the customer's plant: from system consultation and planning in advance of the investment, through initial operation and assembly, maintenance, and on to extensive modernization measures for machinery. We operate on a Group-wide level with brand- and product-specific service teams who work out made-to-measure packages for the customer. It is also irrelevant whether the customer selected a standardized product or an individual system solution.
