(Munich, June 15, 2015) Today the Supervisory Board of KraussMaffei Group GmbH, a leading global manufacturer of plastic and rubber machinery and systems, appointed Dr. Frank Stieler as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Effective July 27, 2015, Dr. Stieler will succeed Jan Siebert, who has led the KraussMaffei Group since January 2012, and who is leaving at his own request.

(Munich/Lyon, June 17, 2014) Realignment of the KraussMaffei and Netstal brands in France has been positively received by customers. Since January 1, 2014, responsibility for the subsidiary KraussMaffei Group France has been with the former general manager of Netstal France, Jacques Socquet. Faredh Djaziri, the former president of KraussMaffei France, is responsible for expanding business development of the two brands outside of France, particularly in the French-speaking regions of Africa, including the Maghreb countries.

(Munich/Shanghai, April 24, 2014) To celebrate the trade show Chinaplas 2014 in Shanghai (China), the KraussMaffei Group has officially inaugurated the second production hall at its manufacturing plant in Haiyan (China). Around 400 of its customers and business partners attended this event in Haiyan. As part of the expansion of the plant, the production space has been doubled and now covers 22,000 m2. By doing so the company is continuing its expansion strategy in China, where it sees considerable growth potential for its brands KraussMaffei, KraussMaffei Berstorff and Netstal.
Representatives from the KraussMaffei Group, IG Metall and the works council have agreed to cancel the planned closure of the Treuchtlingen site.
To sustainably increase the international competitiveness of the KraussMaffei Group, manufacturing and assembly processes that are currently carried out in Treuchtlingen will be transferred to the production plants in Munich and Sučany (Slovakia).
